Solid Rock Cleaning Solutions LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services. Service availability may vary based on location, scheduling, and other factors.

2. Scheduling and Appointments

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. We require accurate property details to provide an appropriate service estimate. Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in additional fees or rescheduling.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods .A deposit may be required for larger jobs or recurring services. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability and should be requested as soon as possible.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Clients must disclose any potential hazards, such as fragile items or hazardous materials. Pets must be secured during service .Valuables should be stored safely, as we are not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

6. Service Guarantee and Limitations

We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue. Some stains, damages, or conditions may not be fully cleanable despite our best efforts.

7. Liability and Damages

We are insured; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property or items. Any claims of damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use of cleaning products provided by the client.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for any reason, including but not limited to:

Unsafe working conditions Repeated cancellations or late payments Uncooperative or disrespectful behavior

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect and use personal information.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
